Job summary

Peter Bena Construction & Dev't. Corp. in Quezon City is seeking a Project In-Charge to supervise on-site activities and lead the site team, ensuring work progresses according to plan and budget.

You will read drawings, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, prepare daily/weekly reports, and enforce safety and quality standards across the project.

Qualifications

• Must be Civil Engineer or Architecture Graduate.
• Willing to be assigned on project sites.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Knowledgeable in construction processes, materials, and site management.
• Able to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Having Driver’s License (atleast for motorcycle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project/site engineer and other site technical team members
• Supervise, monitor and control construction progress according to project budget cost
• In-charge for the implementation of project scope of works in accordance to contract, construction plan and specifications
• Submission of Daily Targets and Daily accomplishment, Weekly and Monthly Reports
• Strictly to implement and monitor Internal Construction Schedule against External Baseline Schedule
• Manage assigned sub-contractors, admins, vendors scope of works safety, quality and schedule
• Check and filter all Material Requisitions prior to request
• Prepares RFA/RFI and review of technical drawings and specifications
• Review BOQ, material take-offs and drawing prior to submission
• Raise and prepare Change Order documents for all potential Variations
• In-charge of punch list close-out and preparation of all necessary documents for completion and acceptance of works
• Evaluate all progress billing submitted by sub-contractors and vice versa progress billing to client/owner’s representative
• Proper filing of all site relative documents for record
• Perform other functions, tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
