Job summary

Tempwell Company is seeking a skilled HVAC Project Supervisor to oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain timely and efficient progress, and review plans, drawings and specifications to identify requirements and solutions.

You will conduct site inspections, ensure work quality aligns with approved designs, prepare daily and weekly reports, uphold safety regulations, and hand over complete

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• LicensedMechanical Engineer preferred.
• 3–5 years of HVAC project supervision or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all on-site HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and subcontractors for timely progress.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to identify requirements and solutions.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on manpower, materials, and work accomplished.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate requisition or delivery to avoid delays.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality aligns with designs.
• Handle troubleshooting during installation or commissioning.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all on-site HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project progress
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify requirements, potential issues, and solutions
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including manpower, materials, and work accomplishments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Monitor material usage and coordinate requisition or delivery to avoid delays
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other contractors
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality aligns with approved designs and specifications
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during installation or commissioning
• Ensure all HVAC systems are installed, tested, and handed over properly to the client

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC project supervision or management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and commissioning processes
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and plans
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD is an advantage)
• Willing to be assigned in Marilao Bulacan Site
