Responsibilities

• Supervise all project construction activities to ensure that the project is in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.




• Evaluate pre- and post-construction reports for every project.




• Lead and direct the application and collaboration of the process of initiating, planning, executing controlling and completion to meet the project requirements.




• Guide and direct the integration of scope, manpower, communication, cost, quality, and procurement management.




• Coordinate project concerns to concerned departments.




• Evaluate methods, materials, and tools involved in the projects.




• Recommend alternative procedures and materials that will improve the flow of work and generate savings without sacrificing the quality of work.




• Evaluate all project transactions, purchase requisitions and change orders.




• Lead the project execution team with the application of Gantt chart, cost monitoring, and materials monitoring checklist.




• Inspect actual site condition and evaluate if the actual conditions correlates to the project completion and requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer.




• With at least 1-2 years of experience in HVAC/Construction.




• With basic knowledge in HVAC System.




• With experience in supervising manpower.




• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.




• Willing to be assigned in Scout Tobias, Quezon City and report full time on-site.




• Willing to travel and conduct site inspections nationwide.
