Job summary

Nimerra Construction Corporation seeks a Project Engineer with HVAC and Fire Protection experience to supervise site activities and ensure projects meet plans, specs, and schedules.

The candidate should have a BS in Mechanical Engineering (licensed preferred), 3–5 years in MEPF projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Willingness to work on project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, Fire Protection, or MEPF projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEPF drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC and Fire Protection installation works.
• Review and interpret mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of installation.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, inspection requests, and reports.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of HVAC and Fire Protection systems.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and QA/QC requirements.

We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in Mechanical HVAC and Fire Protection works (Plumbing knowledge is a plus) to supervise and coordinate site activities and ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC and Fire Protection installation works
