Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, implementation teams, and relevant government agencies to facilitate project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify implementation issues, and recommend corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and progress reports.
• Review contractors' work accomplishments, variation orders, and requests for information.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical recommendations to resolve construction issues.
• Maintain complete project records, including inspection reports, site instructions, photographs, and other technical documentation.
• Assist in project close-out activities, including punch listing, final inspections, and turnover documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and identify construction issues, risks, or non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and promote a safe working environment on construction sites.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in HDD and OSP underground and aerial project implementation, supervision, or project management
• Knowledgeable in engineering software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, materials, and industry best practices
• Understanding of project planning, scheduling, contract administration, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and cost monitoring
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to conduct project field inspections and perform fieldwork
• Professional driver license
