The role requires strong coordination, multi-priority management, and effective stakeholder communication in a IT environment. Responsibilities include tracking budgets and schedules, weekly/monthly financial analysis, vendor coordination, and regular reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT environment experience as a PCO or Project Manager.
• Proven track record supporting large, complex IT programs in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer and control all aspects of project delivery to ensure health, integrity and quality.
• Provide tracking of project components including budget and schedule; apply corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project budget and financials; oversee asset management and resource forecasting.
• Weekly and monthly analysis and reconciliation of general ledger data for forecast vs actuals.
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices and payments; report to stakeholders.
• Onboard/offboard project resources and maintain related checklists; communicate status and SLAs.
