Job summary

Lycopodium Philippines is seeking a Project Controller to join our Project Services team in Manila. You will manage budgets, cost control and forecasting for engineering, procurement and construction activities, ensuring alignment with approved scopes and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cost control or financial management in EPCM projects, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with SAP.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• 5+ years in cost control, project accounting, or financial management in EPCM environments.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
• Proficient in Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Experienced user of CMS Cost management software.
• Strong knowledge of cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and change management.

Responsibilities

• Budget conversion, management and control across EP phases.
• Ensure cost control structures align with budgets and scope.
• WBS implementation and management.
• Map budget to procurement and subcontract packages.
• Assess funding requirements and flag shortfalls or contingencies.
• Compile and manage change documentation and change register.
• Forecast management and reporting of costs and risks.
• Oversee payment processing and related invoicing activities.
