Job summary

GHD Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Controller for its Project Services team. The role involves supporting project managers, maintaining schedules, ensuring data integrity, and monitoring financials and timelines.

The work blends office-based and on-site tasks, with travel as needed and flexibility to work across Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu. You will work closely with directors and discipline leads to keep deliverables on track, producing regular status reports and managing WBS and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control and planning —preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI.
• A multidisciplinary background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Leads with commercial and technical documentation.
• Implement and maintain project processes and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Ensure data integrity between project management and design teams.
• Monitor project financials and timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Directors, Managers, and discipline leads to keep deliverables on track.
• Produce regular status and performance reports.
• Manage work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, dependencies, and inter-project relationships.
• Identify and report on project overruns and schedule slippages.
