Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to analyze project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates. The Estimator plays a key role in budgeting, bidding, and project planning by evaluating materials, labor, equipment, and timelines to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
• Analyze drawings, blueprints, and other documentation
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Identify cost risks, assumptions, and value-engineering opportunities
• Maintain historical cost data and pricing databases
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams
• Support bid preparation, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Monitor cost changes and update estimates as projects evolve

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Communication Engineering
