You will support the Sales and Marketing Manager, prepare cost estimates, and maintain sales records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Marketing and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. This position is on-site and offers opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
At least 1 year work experience as a Cost Estimator.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer, Marketing, Business or related field
Works directly for the Sales and Marketing Manager. Supports all Account Managers/Sales Representatives and the President. Receives minimal instruction on priorities, procedures, and systems
Prepare cost estimates and quotations, service agreement, and tender within set deadlines
Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
Works with sales team to prepare estimates, quotations and bid documents for clients.
Maintain records of estimated and actual costs
Recommend ways to reduce costs
Collect and maintain sales performance records and other sales related correspondence.
Maintain electronic and hard-copy database of proposals, quotations, reports, etc.
Make customer follow up phone calls per direction.
Arrange set-up of equipment for presentations and web presentations and training programs.
Organize and prioritize workflow and meet deadlines.
Perform other tasks, duties, or functions related to sales and marketing
