Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Engineer – SMP to coordinate construction engineering activities at Harton Corporate Center, Parañaque. The role requires a Mechanical Engineer, 5+ years' experience, and strong leadership to guide Graduate Engineers.

Hybrid work setup, day shifts, and ongoing professional development are offered. You will manage project plans, cost, schedule and quality performance, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong project planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure plans are implemented as designed.
• Coordinate on-site SMP activities to meet cost, time, quality, and safety targets.
• Provide technical support to ensure designs meet standards and project objectives.
• Review designs and suggest improvements where appropriate.
• Support procurement activities in collaboration with Commercial and Procurement teams.
• Prepare site budgets and reports; monitor progress against programmes.
