You will monitor progress, manage documents, ensure quality, and conclude with project close-out evaluations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a valid professional license, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction: prepares project budget and schedule, conducts bidding, secures permits, coordinates with mall personnel and client, reviews drawings and inspects site prior to implementation.
• Construction: monitors daily progress, handles PRs, manages document updates, ensures quality per Final Construction Plans, coordinates permits, maintains site safety, compiles punch lists, assesses risks, negotiates cost-effective solutions, participates in stakeholder meetings, prepares/updates cost reports and payment recommendations.
• Post Construction: handles closing of project accounts, conducts contractor evaluations, prepares close-out reports for leadership and client acceptance.
