Job summary

Outsourced.ph, a leading ISO-certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company, is seeking a proactive Project Manager for our AU client to support engineering project delivery and client coordination.

You will lead mechanical design across building services, oversee hydraulics, ensure compliance with Australian standards, mentor engineers, and manage deliverables from design through site inspections. Hybrid work in Eastwood, Libis with a steady Manila morning schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in hydraulic design.
• Experience delivering mechanical building services in consultancy.
• Proficiency in Revit or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and delivery across building services.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, consultants and contractors.
• Perform heat load calculations and system sizing.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian standards and project requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and QA checks.
• Attend site inspections and resolve issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage deliverables.
