Responsibilities

• To produce/prepare design concepts of all fit-outs, renovations, and improvement projects in collaboration with involved departments and the Principal Designer/Architect.
• To create designs using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp for the proposed projects under the department.
• To come up with Project Cost Estimates of the proposed projects and/or any in-house projects for Value Engineering and Cost Avoidance purposes.
• To supervise, monitor, and track projects involving fit-outs, renovations, improvements, and any related projects involving Civil and Architectural works.
• To assist the department in reviewing plans involving Civil, Structural, and Architectural works in accordance with the Building Code.
• Reporting directly to the EFM.
