Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Drafting
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using CAD or BIM software.
Assist in developing conceptual designs, space planning, and schematic layouts.
Help create presentations, renderings, and design boards for client meetings.
2. Documentation
Produce and update technical drawings for building permits, construction, and as-built plans.
Ensure all documents comply with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate architectural plans with structural, MEP, and other discipline drawings.
3. Project Coordination
Assist in preparing project schedules, specifications, and material selections.
Communicate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
Support the senior architect in managing project progress and resolving design issues.
4. Site Assistance
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and check conformity to plans.
Document site observations and prepare site reports.
Support coordination between design and construction teams.
5. Research & Support
Research materials, design trends, building technologies, and code updates.
