Job summary

Your Remote Assistant is seeking an architectural support professional in the Philippines to prepare and revise drawings with AutoCAD/CAD. You will assist in reviewing shop drawings for accuracy against project plans, support takeoffs and cost estimation, and ensure documentation alignment across drawings, specs, estimates, and orders.

• Prepare and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD/CAD software.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Support quantity takeoffs, estimating, and project costing.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Assist with architectural contract review, including identifying scope requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
• Support order processing and procurement, ensuring quantities, specifications, and project requirements are accurately reflected in orders.
• Incorporate revisions and project changes into drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, vendors, and other team members to resolve drawing or documentation questions.
• Maintain organized and accurate project drawings, estimates, contracts, and order documentation.
• Identify and flag discrepancies between drawings, specifications, estimates, and orders for review by senior team members.
