Job summary

ARTHALAND is seeking an Electrical engineer to ensure all equipment and building systems pass testing and commissioning before turnover. You will identify punchlists, support during client inspections, and coordinate with teams to close out items.

The role requires independent work, familiarity with project phases from design to building operations, and effective communication with stakeholders during handover.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer with experience in functionality testing, punchlisting, T&C, and project handover.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledgeable in project phases from design to close-out and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and building systems pass testing and commissioning before turnover.
• Identify and report engineering punchlists and concerns to relevant departments before turnover.
• Support the team during client inspections and address engineering concerns at handover.
• Monitor timely rectification of punchlist items and verify quality standards.
• Review and validate engineering plans, reports, and submittals for accuracy.
• Perform other engineering and coordination tasks to ensure smooth handover.

Job description

1. Ensures that all equipment and building systems are in good working condition upon project/unit turn over through testing and commissioning.

2. Identifies and reports all the engineering punchlist and concerns of the Project to the concerned departments prior to turnover.

3. Supports his/her team during actual client inspection and addresses engineering-related concerns during unit and project handover.

4. Monitors the timely rectification of engineering punchlist items and verifies compliance with project quality standards.

5. Reviews and validates engineering plans, reports, and technical submittals to ensure accuracy and completeness.

6. Performs other engineering and coordination tasks as needed for smooth transition of handover.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• At least 1 year of experience in functionality testing, punchlisting, testing and commissioning (T&C), and project handover. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledgeable in various project phases, including design development, construction, testing and commissioning, punchlisting, project handover, close-out, and building operations.
