The candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing project plans, preparing documentation, and ensuring site readiness for engineering deployment. Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities

• Formulates plans and strategies on the implementation of the project.
• Prepares all required documents for approval such as Access/Working Pass, Material samples, Testing documents, etc.
• Ensures that the job site is ready and secured prior to mobilization and deployment of service engineers for the Testing and Commissioning activity
• Coordinates with internal and external customers.
• Project Monitoring and Control
• Project Documentation
• Project close-out/Turn-over
