Job summary

VECTOR'S Construction in Manila is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize execution of assigned projects, ensuring timelines and efficient resource use.

You will coordinate with clients, prepare schedules, methodologies, and progress reports, and maintain accurate project records.

Fitting out and restaurant renovation experience preferred; COSH certified; driving license required; willing to handle provincial assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fit-out or restaurant renovations.
• Must hold a COSH certification.
• Valid driving license required.
• Willing to be assigned to provincial projects.

Responsibilities

• Organizing the execution of assigned project, including achieving project timelines and managing the resources required for the work.
• Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with drawings, specification, and other client requirements.
• Coordinating with the client / representative during the construction.
• Able to prepare project schedule/Gantt chart, methodology and progress reports.
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
• Experience in fit out and or restaurant renovations projects at least 2 years.
• Must be with COSH certificate.
• With Driving License
• Willing to be assigned provincial project.
