Arquee Corp. is seeking an Experienced Project Engineer – Civil/Structural to independently manage civil and structural works for commercial building and hotel projects in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The role covers site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Licensed Civil Engineer credential with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, and is willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, with Monday to Saturday schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, or similar large-scale projects.
• Ability to read and interpret structural plans and drawings.
• Willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day civil and structural works onsite.
• Review structural plans, specifications, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, punch lists, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
