Qualifications

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board.
Minimum 5 years of precast experience in commercial and condo building projects.
Proficency in AutoCAD, BIM and project management software.

Responsibilities

Assist the project manager with on and off site meetings pertaining to the technical issues.
Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.
Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project.
Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule.
Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO.
