Qualifications

• Experience in buildings and infrastructure design such as bridges and roads is preferred.
• Pro-active and able to work independently.
• Familiar with current codes, regulations and e-submission procedures.

We are seeking experienced Civil Structural Design Engineers to join the company in a full-time capacity based in the Kallang Central Region. As a Civil Structural Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of innovative structural solutions for diverse projects. You will be responsible for conceptualising, analysing, and developing structural systems that meet both client requirements and regulatory standards whilst maintaining commercial viability.

Key responsibilities

1. Conducting structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, and civil infrastructure projects using industry-standard software and engineering principles

2. Preparing detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation in compliance with relevant codes and standards

3. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated and constructible designs

4. Performing site inspections and investigations to gather data for informed design decisions

5. Reviewing and assessing structural designs for compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and design standards

6. Managing project schedules and budgets whilst maintaining quality deliverables

7. Utilising BIM and other digital tools to enhance design efficiency and coordination

8. Providing technical advice and recommendations to clients and project teams

What we're looking for

• Good degree in Civil Structural Engineering from a recognized University by Singapore PE Board.

• Preferably 2 years (min) working experience in Civil Structural consultancy firms.

• Experience in engineering softwares and AutoCad would be an advantage.

• Experience in buildings design and infrastructure design i.e. bridges, roads would be an advantage.

• Pro-active and able to work independently.
