Job summary

DBI Air-Conditioning Systems Services is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to support the successful execution of HVAC construction projects in Metro Manila. Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and assisting HVAC construction activities.
• Monitor the progress of the project and ensure work execution aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site personnel, suppliers, and property management to support smooth project operations.
• Prepare and organize project materials, equipment, and documentation prior to construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor HVAC installation works.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to air-conditioning systems and equipment.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, property management, and internal teams during and after project implementation.
• Support project testing, commissioning, punch listing, and project acceptance activities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
• Escalate critical issues and recommend solutions to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

3. Knowledgeable in chillers, VRF/VRV, and other similar equipment.




4. Strong understanding of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.




5. Familiarity with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation is an advantage.




6. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.




7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.




8. Willing to assign in project site.
