Job summary

First Flow is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager in the Philippines to lead site visits, coordinate with clients, and oversee design, budgeting, bidding, and progress tracking for HVAC and ventilation systems. Strong managerial background and blueprint literacy preferred.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 5–7 years in HVAC construction, with excellent communication and MS Office skills. On-site work in Metro Manila is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years’ experience in HVAC construction.
• 5+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Project management experience in construction is an advantage.
• Experience reading blueprints is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Making project site visit and attending necessary client meetings.
• Preparing, reviewing and following up on RFI, Submittals, CO's as needed.
• Attending Bid Openings and Pre-bid meetings.
• Obtain project information of the design institute, and cooperate with the project diagram.
• Responsible for HVAC and ventilation system scheme design, budget quotation and bidding related work.
• Assisted and followed up the project progress, adjustment, modification and optimization of the project plan.
• Project plan review and model parameter review.
• Cooperate with customer and internal colleagues to complete daily technical support work.
