Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations for HVAC and related construction activities.
You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in line with project specifications. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and at least 1 year of site engineering experience, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEPF, and the ability to read engineering drawings.
The Project Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring project activities are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding project requirements and schedules.
Ensure all construction and HVAC installation works are performed according to approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment, and related mechanical works.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to company quality standards and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues, construction conflicts, and site concerns in coordination with the project team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports and maintain accurate records of site activities.
Promote and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer.
Experience in HVAC, MEPF, or construction projects is preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methodologies, and engineering practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
Knowledge of building codes, quality standards, and occupational safety requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
