Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations for HVAC and related construction activities.

You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in line with project specifications. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and at least 1 year of site engineering experience, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEPF, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer.
• Experience in HVAC, MEPF, or construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes, quality standards, and occupational safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding requirements and schedules.
• Ensure all construction and HVAC installation works are performed according to approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment, and related works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to company quality standards and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, construction conflicts, and site concerns in coordination with the project team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports and maintain accurate records of site activities.
• Promote and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

About you
