You will control numbering, filing, storage, and retrieval of documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments. The role requires organizing trackers and files for reporting, supporting bidding and closure documentation, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent required.
• Experience with document management and government/regulatory documentation is preferred.
• Proactive, well-organized and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.
• Control numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.
• Assist in processing project bidding and closure documentation by following company standards.
