Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Development Associate to support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties and preparing feasibility studies for residential projects.

You will manage the property and raw land offers database, apply knowledge of real estate policy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
• 3–4+ years in business development, project development, externals/permits, or market research.
• Experience assisting leads in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; excellent communication.

Job Overview:

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 3-4 years of work experience preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
