Qualifications

• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business and Project Development Manager in property acquisitions.
• Prepare feasibility studies for properties to be developed into residential projects.
• Manage the property and raw land offers database.
