Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Bacolod seeks a Business and Project Development Supervisor to support the development team in acquiring properties and evaluating new residential opportunities.

You will prepare feasibility studies, assist in land acquisitions, and manage the comprehensive database of property and raw land offers, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management / Business Admin / Economics / Accountancy or related business field.
• 3–4 years of real estate industry experience, preferably in Business/Project Development or Market Research.
• Experience assisting leads in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willing to report in Bacolod.

Job Overview:

• To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
• To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
• To manage the property and raw land offers database.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 3-4 years of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Willing to report in Bacolod.
