Job summary

Filinvest Land Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Project Development Assistant to support the Project Development Manager in daily activities, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and assist with budgeting, payments, and documentation.

You will conduct market research and benchmarking, manage inventory in FREBAS, and help prepare reports and deliverables for NCR 100 West, The Linear, Studio Zen, and Stello Centrale projects. Willingness to conduct fieldwork is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry and/or project development.
• Basic knowledge of project financial management, budgeting and financial monitoring.
• Understanding of end-to-end Project Development process including Land Acquisition, Conceptualization, Launch, Construction Management, Sales and Marketing Coordination, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Development Manager (PDM) in managing day-to-day project development activities and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners regarding permits, planning, accounting, project requirements, and deliverables.
• Prepare and process payments, memos, budget requests, and other project-related documentation.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking and provide information to support project decisions.
• Manage project inventory through FREBAS and prepare sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up on project concerns, action items and deliverables.
• Support the management of assigned projects by coordinating with concerned departments, identifying project concerns, and proposing solutions.
• Monitor the financial health and sales performance of assigned projects.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and project site visits as required.
