Qualifications

• Strong track record in process improvement and procedural development.

Role Summary

The Project Development and Execution Head is responsible for technical leadership across both development and execution stages, ensuring technical excellence, process integrity, and alignment with commercial objectives. This role also pioneers new technology integration and sets technical standards for future projects, with secondary responsibility for developing a fit-for-purpose

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership Across Project Lifecycle

• Lead technical oversight from early-stage development through to execution.
• Drive optimal technical solutions that are commercially viable and fit for purpose.
• Ensure smooth technical handovers between project phases.

2. OE/Consultant Engagements Oversight

• Lead the technical aspects of Owner’s Engineer (OE) and consultant engagements.
• Review and approve all technical work products delivered by consultants (administration by the project team).
• Ensure quality, completeness, and contractual compliance of external technical deliverables.

3. Process Standards Development

• Review, update, and develop engineering processes and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Establish best-practice frameworks for project technical governance.

4. New Technology Integration

• Research, assess, and integrate new and emerging technologies into MGEN’s project portfolio.
• Provide recommendations for technology adoption, including risk and feasibility analysis.

5. Employer’s Requirements Development

• Develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose Employer’s Requirements template adaptable to various project types and contracting structures.

6. Discipline Engineering Oversight

• Provide leadership to discipline engineers (Project, Mechanical, Instrumentation C Controls).
• Ensure coordination across disciplines to achieve cohesive technical solutions.

Compensation & benefits
