Job summary

Capacita Consultants in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Project Development and Execution Head to lead technical development and execution activities. The role focuses on delivering technically sound, commercially viable solutions and overseeing OE engagements, with a mandate to establish standards and pioneer new technology integration.

The position demands 10–20 years of experience in power generation or heavy infrastructure, and experience across development and execution stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical).
• 10–20 years of technical and project experience in power generation or related heavy infrastructure.
• Experience spanning both development and execution phases.
• Proven experience managing and reviewing OE/consultant deliverables.
• Strong track record in process improvement and procedural development.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical oversight from development through execution.
• Drive technically viable, fit-for-purpose solutions and smooth handovers between project phases.
• LeadOE/consultant engagements and review external technical deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Develop and update engineering processes and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Research, assess, and integrate new technologies into the project portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose Employer’s Requirements template.
• Provide leadership to discipline engineers and ensure cross-disciplinary coordination.
