Job summary

CALMAR LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION seeks a Project Development Assistant to support the Project Development Supervisor/Head through all phases of the project lifecycle. You will assist in financial and market analyses to inform strategic decisions and help oversee project execution from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics, Business or related field, at least 2 years in project/business development (real estate preferred), and strong MS Office and analytical

• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Experience in financial analysis and feasibility studies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Development Supervisor/Head in the project development process
• Coordinates with concerned departments throughout the project development process
• Follows up submission of pertinent documents and deliverables of concerned departments/units/individuals
• Obtains relevant documents for the project, including but not limited to, documents from government institutions
• Conducts ocular inspection, market research, and competitor study including analysis and recommendations
• Conducts various fieldworks
• Prepares financial analysis and conducts feasibility studies for a more detailed assessment of the project concept
• Analyzes progress/performance of ongoing and new projects
• Conducts effective and efficient supervision of projects from conceptualization to completion
• Prepares reports such as Financial Analysis, Market Research, Competitor Study, Project Performance Analysis
