Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments that provide data required for financial runs, including Accounting, LAPD, PDE, CMN, and other relevant groups.
• Validate, consolidate, and summarize project data; identify incomplete, inconsistent, or questionable information that may affect project viability.
• Prepare and update financial runs, financial models, projections, and supporting analyses for project evaluation and business planning.
• Conduct financial analysis, including budget-versus-actual review, variance analysis, and assessment of key cost and expense drivers.
• Ensure financial assumptions comply with external and internal regulations & policies.
• Assist in monitoring project timetables and coordinate financial requirements in line with project milestones and submission deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to Business Development Associates on financial analysis, financial runs, and project-related financial requirements, as applicable.

The Business Development – Financial Analyst Associate supports preparing and analyzing financial information for project business planning and evaluation. The role works closely with the Business Development team and relevant cross-functional groups to prepare financial runs, validate key assumptions, assess project viability, and provide timely financial insights that support sound business decisions.

The role requires a strong understanding of the company’s business model and effective coordination with key groups, including the Sales and Marketing Department (SMD), Planning and Design Engineering (PDE), Cost Management Group (CMN), General Accounting (GA), LAPD, and other project-related stakeholders.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with departments that provide data required for financial runs, including Accounting, LAPD, PDE, CMN, and other relevant groups.
