Job summary

Edisons Group of Companies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Project Coordinator to organize internal resources and collaborate with vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

You will manage client and stakeholder relationships and develop detailed plans to track progress. The ideal candidate is an Engineering graduate with at least two years of related experience, strong communication, excellent organization, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to be assigned in Luzon provinces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
