Job summary

Exponent Controls and Electrical Corporation is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead electrical/instrumentation projects in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of project management experience, strong leadership, and solid planning and communication skills. Licensed engineers are advantageous, and PM tools knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in electrical/instrumentation projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee project execution from start to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and documentation.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
• Lead project meetings and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Handle project documentation, billing, and project close-out reports.
