Job summary

Datex, a SaaS provider of WMS solutions, seeks a Project Delivery Coordinator in Taguig. You will manage the intake, coordination, and tracking of customer requests, ensuring timely delivery by aligning customer-facing and technical teams.

You’ll represent the customer within Datex and Datex with customers globally. Working with a variety of Datex teams, you will assign, progress, and document requirements while maintaining dashboards and status updates.

Project Delivery Coordinator

The Project Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake, coordination, execution, and tracking of customer requests across steady‑state customers. This role ensures that incoming requests are properly structured, assigned, tracked, and delivered on time by coordinating across customer‑facing and technical teams. The focus is on execution flow, visibility, and follow‑through. They will be accountable for the overall success of the requests and projects associated with the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for customers worldwide.

The Project Delivery Coordinator will work with their primary team and a variety of other Datex team members to ensure tasks are assigned, progressing, and completed in a timely manner. They will represent and act as the voice of the customer within Datex and the voice of Datex with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully understand the Datex Products, Systems & Methodology for projects and requirements
• Receive and organize incoming requests from Customer Success Engineers, Account Managers, and Implementation Managers
• Create and maintain tickets, cases, and/or project requests via tracking systems (Dynamics)
• Support ongoing review of open requests and completed work to ensure alignment with client needs
• Flag potential gaps, follow‑ups, or additional requests to Implementation Managers or Customer Success
• Ensure each requirement is completed successfully as part customer engagement
• Confirm that all project information is thoroughly and accurately documented and secured
• Ensure tickets are assigned, prioritized, and are progressing appropriately
• Monitor open work and follow up regularly to prevent delays
• Collaborate with internal teams on project status updates and time tracking reports
• Maintain dashboards and/or trackers for Open requests and Work in progress
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff within the organization
• Ensure any changes to requirement scope, timeline, resources, etc. are properly managed
• Continuously improving project management toolkits and methodologies
• Identify, develop, and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist
• Work cross‑functionally to solve problems and implement changes
• Perform assignments and Scrum Master duties, including communicating internally with team members and externally with clients
• Ensure escalated and urgent support requests are properly triaged and routed
• Identify when requests should be escalated further or converted into larger scoped work
• Perform other coordination and operational support duties as needed and assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator with software development projects, preferably in WMS or logistics domains
• Exposure to technical concepts (APIs, integrations, system configurations, EDI)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working across technical and business teams
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile tools such as DevOps, Dynamics, JIRA, Trello, or similar is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously without losing track
• Strong communication and prioritization skills
• Reports and analytics tools like Microsoft Project, PowerBI and Tableau are a plus
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
