Job summary

Datex, a SaaS provider of dynamic WMS solutions, is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to oversee intake, coordination, and on-time delivery of customer requests worldwide.

This fully remote role is available to Philippines residents. You will coordinate across Customer Success Engineers, Account Managers, and Implementation Managers, ensuring proper ticketing, progress tracking, and timely execution with clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager or Coordinator in software or logistics projects.
• Experience with WMS or logistics domains is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask.
• Ability to coordinate across customer-facing and technical teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand Datex Products, Systems & Methodology for projects and requirements.
• Receive and organize incoming requests from multiple teams.
• Create and maintain tickets, cases, and project requests via tracking systems (Dynamics).
• Monitor open work and ensure timely progress and completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams on status updates and time tracking reports.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder communication schedules and dashboards.
