Job summary

FIT PIONEER RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Coordinator (Facade) to supervise and coordinate site activities for Singapore projects.

You will plan daily manpower, monitor progress, liaise with clients and consultants, and support documentation and drawing preparations. You will manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, ensure safety compliance, and help deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in building construction or related field
• Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution
• Plan and allocate daily manpower while ensuring all work follows shop drawings
• Monitor progress, attend meetings, liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Assist PM with shop drawings, method statements and documentation
• Prepare and maintain project reports, handover documents and defect lists
• Record and track project defects and variations
• Ensure projects are completed and handed over on time with high quality
• Provide proactive solutions to site issues with the Project Team

• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for project operations

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution
• Plan and allocate daily manpower while ensuring all work is carried out according to construction and shop drawings
• Monitor work progress, attend project meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Assist the Project Manager with shop drawing preparations, method statement submissions, and project documentation
• Prepare and maintain project reports, inspection records, handover documents, and defect lists in a timely manner
• Record and track all project defects, ensuring proper documentation for variation orders and other related matters
• Ensure projects are completed and handed over within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide proactive solutions to site-related issues in coordination with the Project Team
• Enforce proper construction safety measures and compliance at all times
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for project operations

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and project management skills
