Job summary

Marks in Manila seeks a capable project manager to oversee graphic design projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with clients, internal staff, and production facilities to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years' experience in project management, and strong English communication. Advertising agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
• Prepare rough sketches and review them with clients and internal parties to ease communication.
• Coordinate with production facility to allocate resources.
• Provide documentation to the production floor for deliverables meeting client needs (job tickets, brand guidelines, client documents, printer specs, checklists, reference files).
• Convert all required information into SGS internal system.
• Liaise with production floor on inquiries related to deliverables.
• Liaise with client on all correspondents.
• Upload files to client-appointed locations.
• Prepare invoices for completed jobs and send a copy to client and Finance.

Job description

The position requires managing a company’s graphic design projects from concept to delivery, serving as a liaison between clients, internal staff, and printers involved in production.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design
• Prepare rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and internal parties to ease communication
• Work with production facility to ensure all resource needs are allocated
• Provide all essential documentation to the production floor to prepare deliverables that meet client needs. That includes, but is not limited to, Job Tickets, Brand Guidelines, Customer Supplied documents, Printer specifications, checklists, all reference files stated in the brief, quarantine any non-conformance deliverables reported by Clients, and download files from Client's server
• Convert all required information into SGS internal system
• Liaison with production floor on all enquiries related to the preparation of deliverables
• Liaison with Client on all correspondents
• Upload files to Client-appointed locations.
• Prepare invoices for all completed jobs at the agreed time frame and send a copy to Client for payment settlement and copy Finance division
