Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with packaging design experience to support SPC Global Group from our Pasig satellite office. You will collaborate with the Singapore creative team to develop packaging artwork, marketing collateral, and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities include designing packaging for launches, preparing production-ready artwork, coordinating with printers, and updating assets across brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with packaging design and artwork production.
• Experience in FMCG packaging (food & beverage, dairy, nutrition, or consumer goods) is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, print design, digital design, and packaging for food products.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, colour management, prepress, and artwork preparation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and remote teams.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment using project management tools.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Design and adapt product packaging artwork for new product launches and updates across multiple markets.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring compliance with print specifications, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Conceptualise and design marketing materials including brochures, POS materials, digital assets, social media graphics, and e-commerce visuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to translate briefs into compelling visual communications.
• Maintain and update existing packaging artwork and marketing assets across multiple brands.
• Liaise with printers and external vendors to ensure artwork is prepared accurately for production requirements.
• Support artwork localisation and adaptation for different markets, languages, and packaging formats.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Organise and maintain design files, artwork archives, and brand asset libraries to support efficient workflows.

Reporting to the Lead Creative Designer (Singapore-based), you will support the design requirements of SPC Global Group and its related companies across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Based in our satellite office, you will work closely with the Singapore creative team to develop high-quality packaging artwork, marketing collaterals, and digital assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and production requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong packaging design experience and excellent attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with strong experience in packaging design and artwork production.

• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, nutrition, or consumer goods packaging is highly preferred.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, print design, digital design, and packaging design (for food products).

• Strong understanding of print production processes, packaging structures, colour management, prepress, and artwork preparation.

• Strong visual design concept, with an expert eye and appreciation for photography, typography, layout, colour theory, and information hierarchy.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

• Experience preparing artwork for commercial printing and working with print vendors.

• Basic skills in illustration, simple animation, or video editing are an advantage but not essential.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and remote teams.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment using project management and communication tools.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
