Job summary

Doza Group Inc. seeks a Project-in-Charge to manage day-to-day civil and architectural works for interior renovation and fit-out projects. You will plan, coordinate site activities, monitor progress and productivity, and ensure completion per drawings, quality standards, and schedule.

The role requires guiding site teams, supervising subcontractors, coordinating with MEPF trades, and maintaining safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil and architectural works for interior renovation and fit-out projects.
• Strong planning and manpower deployment skills.
• Ability to supervise workers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure workmanship and productivity.
• Proficient in monitoring progress, quality standards, and safety requirements.
