Insight is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee service delivery projects, coordinating objectives, finances, and SLAs while ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of IT services or professional services project coordination experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and willingness to work night shifts.
The Project Coordinator Sr is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a Service offering project. This job requires the facilitation and coordination of documented objectives, financial and service level project delivery tracking for Services resources and other project staff. The Senior Project Coordinator may be assigned to coordinate project delivery independent of an assigned Project Manager under specific conditions. Your responsibilities include:
Works closely with Supervisor, Manager and Operational Specialist to ensure project goals are accomplished. This includes client satisfaction, expected number of daily tickets, time, communication with clients and management and sales.
Works independently to resolve most project coordination conflicts.
Escalates problems and issues to the management as appropriate. This includes problems exceeding commitments with regard to response time, repair time, lack of spare parts, training or any other actual or potential client satisfaction problems.
Coordinates the efficient utilization of Insight resources including parts, inventory, own time, etc.
Completes and inspects all required documentation involved within a project to ensure accurate billing with respect to warranty or contract.
Assist Project Manager(s) with the adherence and documentation of process and procedures.
Act as liaison and/or interface to different business units.
Assist Project Manager(s) with billing.
Act as client interface as needed.
Create and organize weekly resource install packets.
Create and update Meeting Minutes and Issues Log; as needed.
Maintain project files and Workbook.
Review and monitor project schedules.
Update and maintain Metric/SLA report.
Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Excel for client and Insight.
Act as liaison and/or interface to different business units.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in coordinating projects in the IT services, IT Operations or professional services industry.
Experiences in specific technology areas include networking, storage, infrastructure lifecycle services and enterprise systems at a minimum.
Pursuit of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
Must have the ability to multitask and manage coordinate complex client facing engagements concurrently while maintaining client service levels and timelines.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and resource contentions, while working with large groups across multiple locations.
Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be proficient in MS Excel formula creation and use to handle a major scheduling project financial reporting and candidate tracking.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Powerpoint and Project.
Must demonstrate familiarity with PMI methodology.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents required.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints a must.
Must be willing to work the night shift.
