Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager with PMO experience to lead a team of Project Coordinators in a hybrid Pasig office. You will drive governance, optimize resources, and deliver organizational objectives while coordinating with stakeholders across IT and business functions.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI oversight, and strategic reporting to guide decision-making. Hybrid work and cross-location collaboration are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO/operations leadership roles.
• Strong governance, process improvement, and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Project Coordinators, providing direction, coaching, and performance support.
• Establish and maintain project management governance, ensuring adherence to processes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization to support effective project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive achievement of KPIs and alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

As an Operations Manager, you will serve as the PMO Manager providing leadership and oversight for a team of nine Project Coordinators. This role is responsible for driving project governance, operational excellence, and successful delivery of organizational objectives. Along the way you'll get to:

What you’ll need to join Insight

• 7-10 years of overall professional experience
• 3-5 years of people management and/or leadership experience is a must
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint skills required
• Experience with Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project is advantageous
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered preferred but not required
• Ability to effectively manage and support a team of Project Coordinators
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience within IT or technology environments is preferred
