Job Description
The DSI Project Coordinator at SF Group of companies serves as a vital link between technical innovation and operational execution. This role is primarily responsible for representing IT project systems implementations across the organization’s diverse companies and departments. By acting as a central coordinator, the individual ensures that technological transitions are seamless, well-documented, and aligned with the strategic goals of each business unit. The position requires a unique blend of technical oversight, stakeholder management, and rigorous quality assurance to guarantee that every system deployment adds measurable value to the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Systems Implementation: Representing DSI project systems during rollout; monitoring project milestones; ensuring alignment between technical specifications and business needs.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with key personnel across SFGC departments; facilitating cross-functional meetings; managing expectations and reporting project progress.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Conducting rigorous system testing before deployment; identifying and tracking technical issues; validating that systems meet all functional requirements.
- Documentation & Support: Authoring comprehensive technical manuals and user guides; assisting in the creation of training materials; maintaining organized project archives.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with experience in project coordination or systems implementation.
- Familiarity with modern project management methodologies and tools is highly desirable, as is a foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- With the ability to work independently, anticipate project risks, and take decisive action to ensure project continuity.
- A capacity to quickly grasp complex system architectures and translate them into practical business workflows.
- Proficiency in articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
