Private Advertiser in Biñan, Laguna seeks a proactive project communications coordinator to liaise with government agencies (DPWH, LGUs, Barangays) and consultants. You will manage meetings, permits, and documentation, track submissions, and keep the Project Management Team updated.

You shall be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Company's project-related communications and activities with DPWH, Local Government Units (LGUs), Barangays, DASSAN Consultants, and other relevant government agencies and project stakeholders.
Serve as a primary coordination point between the Company and DPWH offices and representatives, LGUs, Barangay officials, DASSAN Consultants, and other project stakeholders on project-related matters.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, site visits, inspections, consultations, and other official activities with DPWH, LGUs, Barangays, DASSAN Consultants, and concerned government offices.
Coordinate with concerned LGUs and Barangays regarding project activities, site access, community concerns, local requirements, and other matters affecting project implementation.
Facilitate and follow up on permits, clearances, endorsements, certifications, requests, and other government requirements necessary for project activities, as assigned.
Receive, relay, and coordinate official communications, instructions, requests, and concerns from DPWH, LGUs, Barangays, DASSAN Consultants, and other stakeholders with the appropriate Company personnel.
Assist in the preparation and submission of letters, requests, reports, supporting documents, and other project-related communications to DPWH, LGUs, Barangays, and other concerned offices.
Monitor and follow up on the status of government submissions, permits, clearances, requests, and pending concerns, and provide timely updates to the Project Management Team and Company management.
Assist in coordinating responses to community and Barangay concerns arising from project activities and refer technical, legal, contractual, or other specialized matters to the appropriate Company personnel.
Maintain professional working relationships and effective communication with DPWH representatives, LGU officials, Barangay officials, government personnel, consultants, community representatives, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain organized records of government and community coordination activities, including correspondence, meeting minutes, permits, clearances, submissions, acknowledgments, and other related documents.
