Job summary

You will monitor production progress, arrange manpower with the Production Supervisor, and help manage project timelines to meet client expectations.

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in a fabrication environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project activities to ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate with Research and Design Team to finalize specs and maintain workflow.
• Ensure material requests align with design requirements and are timely.
• Monitor production progress and provide updates to Management and Sales.
• Oversee mobilization of deliveries and installations with the Production Supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Foreman to align project timelines.

About the role

Collaborate with the Research and Design Team to finalize technical specifications and maintain a smooth production workflow. Oversee the mobilization of deliveries and installations, ensuring on-time execution and adequate manpower in coordination with the Production Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project activities to ensure timely and successful implementation, including both ingress and egress processes
• Collaborate with the Research and Design Team to finalize technical specifications and maintain a smooth production workflow
• Ensure material requests align with design requirements and are submitted in a timely manner
• Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to Management and Sales teams
• Oversee the mobilization of deliveries and installations, ensuring on-time execution and adequate manpower in coordination with the Production Supervisor
• Work closely with the Production Supervisor and Foreman to align and manage project timelines
