Overview

The Production Coordinator’s primary objective is to plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of production activities in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between production sections according to production schedule.
• Review and distribute production work orders.
• Efficiently report the progress or status of every project to Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Assessment and analysis of production process.
• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior and management from time to time as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree, engineering (industrial), engineering (mechanical), engineering (metal fabrication/tool & die/welding) or vocational course certificate.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in manufacturing/production operations, or equivalent.
• Must possess reasonable analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team Player.
• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays with high probability of overtime (paid).
