Job summary

SM Development Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize and monitor day-to-day operations across project clusters in Metro Manila. You will coordinate with project teams, department leads, and management to ensure timelines, reports, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of construction coordination experience, with strong MS Office/MS Project proficiency and solid data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Services, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or related functions.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC standards and project documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, and similar project monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret technical and operational data for decision-making.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and support day-to-day operations of assigned project clusters or areas.
• Ensure worksheets, deliverables, and project timelines are aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate with project teams, department leads, and management for effective communication and tracking.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain reports and records to support decisions.
• Ensure data in reports is precise, accurate, and aligned with source documents.
• Track weekly project progress and closeout activities across sites.
