Job summary

SM Development Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Project Supervisor with a civil engineering or architecture background to support project delivery across residential, parking, and common areas. You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate with contractors, and prepare reports and presentations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, a Civil Engineer or Architect license is an advantage, and at least 5 years of experience in construction or project supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Support the preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on day-to-day project activities.
• Track progress reports, cost updates, and scope changes for endorsement to the Project Manager.
• Prepare draft project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for review and submission.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Assist in identifying risks/issues and elevate to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Perform assigned tasks and provide administrative and technical support for smooth project execution.
